Combine the first 6 ingredients
1/2 cup cornmeal, 1/2 cup all purpose flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 and 1/2 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp Italian seasoning, 1/4 tsp pepper
Dip the chicken in milk then roll it in the cornmeal mixture
1 chicken cut up, 1/2 cup milk
Place in a greased 13 x 9 2 baking dish
Drizzle with the butter
4 tbsp butter
Bake uncovered at 375º for 50 – 55 minutes
