Fresh Herb Green Sauce

Versatile sauce that can go on potatoes, pasta, fish, chicken, tomatoes, etc.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Fresh Herbs such as basil, parsley, dill.
  • 3 cloves Garlic medium sized
  • 1/2 cup Plain Yogurt or Plain Greek Yogurt 1/2 to 3/4 cup to taste
  • 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice juice from 1 lemon and zest, if desired

Instructions

  • Wash, pat dry, and rough chop the herbs.
  • Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  • Salt and Pepper to taste.
  • Drizzle over food of choice.
