Fresh Herb Green Sauce
Versatile sauce that can go on potatoes, pasta, fish, chicken, tomatoes, etc.
Ingredients
2
cups
Fresh Herbs such as basil, parsley, dill.
3
cloves
Garlic
medium sized
1/2
cup
Plain Yogurt or Plain Greek Yogurt
1/2 to 3/4 cup to taste
3
tbsp
Olive Oil
1/4
cup
Lemon Juice
juice from 1 lemon and zest, if desired
Instructions
Wash, pat dry, and rough chop the herbs.
Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Drizzle over food of choice.
