In 2020, Susette learned to make mustard. With a lot of time on her hands, she experimented making a variety of mustards. She settled on beer mustard. Using a variety of craft beers, each of which created a unique mustard, she came up with some crowd favorites, such as Tom’s Two-Hearted, Lager for Lake Erie, Yooper and Edmund Fitzgerald.
Tom’s Two-Hearted
This mustard says “Put me on a brat, a sandwich, or in a salad dressing!”. This is just an all-around classic and simple beer mustard. This mustard features only 5 ingredients, a Michigan Ale, mustard seeds, apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, and water.
