Look at the fat content. You will see the fat content listed as a ratio of lean/fat, such as 90/10, 80/20, 70/30. Ground beef that has a 80/20 fat content would have 80% lean meat and 20% fat. Keep in mind that fat, from other animals, may be added to the lean meat. This is more likely to happen with 70/30 beef. A 90/10 fat content will not usually have fat added and will not have much fat in the pan after you fry up burgers.

Start with really good ground beef, add a vegetable, and you have a great supper.
Burgers
1 lb ground beef
Form into 4 or 5 patties. Cook in a skillet to desired doneness.
Green Beans
Retrieve canned or frozen green beans from pantry or freezer. Reheat.
